Your information
Privacy Policy
How we use the information you choose to share.
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy applies to the Emil Wansa website operated under the Financial Education & Designs, LLC brand. It describes the website’s current forms, educational tools, newsletter and connected services.
1. Information you provide
The “9 to Know” entry form asks for your first name, last name and email address. Phone is optional. The contact form also asks for your message and lets you provide a phone number, city, state and ZIP code. Newsletter signup asks for your first name, last name and email address.
We use these details to respond to your inquiry, arrange the follow-up you requested or deliver the newsletter you chose to receive. Please do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, payment details or financial statements in public forms.
2. Contact requests and SafeMoneyCRM
With the consent described beside the form, new contact requests and evaluation entry contact details are forwarded from our server to SafeMoneyCRM for Emil Wansa. SafeMoneyCRM is where leads are assigned, reviewed and managed. Contact requests include the message and optional location details you provide.
When you submit the contact form, your name, email and any phone or location details you enter are also sent to GoHighLevel and tagged for Emil’s inquiry follow-up. Your message stays in the SafeMoneyCRM delivery, and a contact request does not subscribe you to the newsletter. This separate contact-form delivery does not apply to browser-only evaluation answers.
The website retains a technical submission reference, a one-way fingerprint of the submitted details, the form and consent version, delivery status and the returned CRM record ID. It does not retain a second full copy of new follow-up contact details or messages. These receipts help prevent duplicate sends and distinguish a confirmed CRM creation from an uncertain delivery.
An uncertain CRM request is not automatically resent. Introductions are reviewed and sent manually from SafeMoneyCRM, not by this website. If a form cannot confirm delivery, you can contact Emil directly.
The retirement guide request asks for your first name, last name, email and optional phone, with explicit consent for Emil to follow up and for a Formspree guide-request notification. Those details go to SafeMoneyCRM assigned to Emil, to GoHighLevel with a separate guide-request tag, and to Formspree for the separate request notification. Only a fixed campaign identifier and broad advertising source/medium categories accompany the CRM request, not arbitrary advertising query text. Requesting the guide does not subscribe you to the newsletter; an optional, unchecked newsletter box authorizes that separate signup.
The guide is available to download immediately after a recorded request, even if CRM delivery is unconfirmed. The website does not automatically email the guide. Completed PDF notes and cash-flow worksheets stay on your device and are not uploaded by the guide page.
3. Your “9 to Know” answers
When you begin “9 to Know” under the current form disclosure, your name, email and optional phone are sent to SafeMoneyCRM for follow-up and to Formspree for a separate contact notification. The website retains only technical delivery receipts. Beginning the evaluation does not enroll you in the newsletter.
Evaluation answers and scores are processed in your browser. The current evaluation does not send them to SafeMoneyCRM, GoHighLevel, Formspree or our custom analytics, and they are not attached to your contact request. Refreshing or leaving the page may clear your evaluation.
Agreeing to contact follow-up is not consent to share your financial answers. If you choose to describe personal circumstances in a contact message, that message is shared with Emil through SafeMoneyCRM as part of your inquiry.
4. Newsletter subscriptions
When you explicitly join the mailing list, your name and email are sent to GoHighLevel for Emil Wansa’s newsletter and to Formspree to process the newsletter signup notification. The website also retains a subscription and consent record, including delivery information, to document your signup and prevent duplicate processing.
You can unsubscribe using the link in newsletter emails or contact Emil for assistance. Newsletter signup does not send evaluation answers, request an advisor introduction or automatically subscribe an evaluation visitor to the newsletter. Existing provider opt-out settings are not intentionally removed by the signup process.
5. Website activity and analytics
When analytics is enabled, we measure page visits and interactions such as navigation, video playback and progress, resource opens, search result counts and form submission outcomes. Our custom events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, search text, financial answers and evaluation scores.
Hosting, security and analytics services may also process standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages and request timing. The exclusion of personal form details from custom events does not mean that every technical record held by a service provider is anonymous.
Optional Google tracking uses Google Tag Manager and, when configured in that container, Google Analytics 4. We load that container only after you allow Google analytics and only on the official emiljwansa.com website, not development or preview hosts. Declining does not prevent use of forms, guides or educational tools. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization are denied by our consent settings.
Our Google event bridge sends known page paths without query strings or fragments and the same non-personal interaction parameters described above. Opening a call or text link records a click, not a confirmed call or delivered text. A PDF open is not proof that it was saved, and provider acceptance is not proof that an email reached an inbox.
6. Cookies and browser storage
This website uses session storage to remember the newsletter popup state and opaque submission identifiers. Submission storage keys use fingerprints rather than plaintext contact details or messages. These identifiers support safe rechecks without automatically sending the same request again.
For the retirement guide, session storage also remembers download access and broad campaign-source categories. It does not store your entered name, email, phone or financial notes. Clearing browser storage removes this remembered access and may prevent reuse of a prior submission reference.
A Google analytics choice is stored in local storage so you are not asked on every page. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to allow or decline optional Google analytics later. Withdrawing permission stops our Google events, clears common Google Analytics cookies accessible on this domain and reloads the page to unload the container. It does not erase activity already received by Google.
These choices apply to our optional Google integration, not every third-party service. Embedded media, hosting analytics and other service providers may have separate cookies, storage or similar technologies. You can also manage cookies and storage in your browser or block third-party content. Doing so may affect video playback, remembered preferences or reuse of a submission reference.
7. Service providers and external content
Information is shared with the services needed for the features you request, including SafeMoneyCRM for follow-up, GoHighLevel for contact inquiry follow-up and newsletter delivery, Formspree for newsletter, “9 to Know” and free-guide request notifications, and hosting services for website operation. Embedded video hosts may receive technical and playback information when their players load or are used.
SafeMoney articles, linked PDFs, advisor profiles and other external destinations are operated by their respective providers. Following a link or using an embedded service may involve processing governed by that provider’s privacy policy. This policy describes this website, not every practice of those independent services.
8. Retention
Technical receipts, newsletter consent records and information held in the receiving services may be retained for requested follow-up, subscription administration, duplicate prevention, security and applicable business or legal obligations. This website does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule.
Historical website contact records may remain from earlier versions of the forms. They are not automatically forwarded to a new recipient or deleted by the current form integration. You can contact Emil about access, correction or deletion of information associated with your request.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit a form, omit optional fields, unsubscribe from the newsletter or contact Emil to ask about information associated with your email address. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information or withdraw consent for particular uses.
We may need to verify a request before acting and coordinate with the relevant CRM or newsletter provider. Some records may need to be retained for security, consent evidence or legal obligations. Please identify the email address used for the submission without sending sensitive financial documents or passwords.
10. Security
CRM and newsletter integration credentials are used on the server and are not included in browser form code. We use technical safeguards intended to limit unnecessary disclosure and duplicate processing. No website, email service or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Children
This website is intended for an adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, please contact Emil so the situation can be reviewed.
12. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when website features or information-handling practices change. The date below identifies the latest revision. Please review the policy before submitting new information.
